Nigerian rapper YCee has urged the government to prohibit the use of point-of-sale (POS) machines following his revelation of a loss amounting to N2 million. YCee reported that N2.7 million was illicitly withdrawn from his bank account in November 2024. He indicated that these unauthorized transactions were executed using his ATM card, with the total theft occurring over three separate transactions. In a significant development for the annual National Arts Merit Awards (NAMA), event managers have invited artists to come on board and showcase their talents.
