Celebrating the Amazigh New Year... the House of Poetry in Marrakech launches "Awal"

Center, a poetry and artistic event in the city of Ait Ourir, in coordination with the Regional Directorate of the Culture Sector of Marrakech-Safi, and as part of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication’s Culture Sector’s celebration program for the new Amazigh New Year “Idh N’Yennayer” 2975. This event is part of the poetry program “Awal” with the participation of the poets: Saleh Ait Saleh, Safia Ezzedine, Abdel Rahim Amdjar and Hayat Bouterfas, and presented by the poet Badr Haboul and the media figure Soufia Al-Safi, while the Oulad El-Balad band for the Hawaria art is holding an artistic concert celebrating the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of this basic component of Moroccan identity.
