TikTok user Romina, together with her ushering company have exposed Lil Pazo Lunabe for failure to pay for their services rendered during the ‘Enkudi Festival’ that happened last year. Singer and medical doctor Elizabeth John, better known as Asham, recently released a five-track EP titled ‘Bloom’. The Ghana Academy of Film and Television Arts (GAFTA) has distanced itself from a petition calling for the removal of Kafui Danku and James Gardiner as Executive Secretary and Deputy Executive Secretary of the National Film Authority (NFA). GAFTA’s President, Dr. Jim Fara Awindor, confirmed that while three executives referenced in the petition—George Bosompim, Jim Awindor, and Linus Abraham—are indeed GAFTA members, they have denied any involvement. “Three names appearing on the list—George Bosompim, Jim Awindor, and Linus Abraham—belong to GAFTA but are not privy to such a petition. The members are not aware of such a petition, never discussed nor signed it,” Dr. Awindor stated.
