Renowned poet Junior Rumaga has unveiled a monthly poetry event dubbed ‘Siga Siga Sira’ as part of promoting poetry in Rwanda. This inspired SIGA Rwanda to create an initiative where artists in the poetry industry can showcase their talents. That’s how Siga Siga Sire came to life,” Rumaga explained.
