Starr started her music career at 16 with Quove Model Management, releasing her debut EP "Away" in early 2021, followed by her debut studio album, "19 & Dangerous," in 2021. Her sophomore album, "The Year I Turned 21," marked a significant musical evolution.

Platform monetises musicians’ content
A local digital music platform designed for Malawian artists, Vwaza, has launched an iOS (iphone Operating System) platform to allow artists sell their music directly to fans and earn a percentage of revenue. Founder Joel Ngozo Fickson said the platform will allow permanent access to music by fans both online and offline.
