She graduated with an Honours Degree in Live Performance from AFDA in 2012 and made her television debut in 2008 with SABC3's On the Couch. Sipamla garnered acclaim for her acting, receiving a nomination for Best Actress at the SAFTAs for her role as Thuli in Abo Mzala.
