Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo

Black Coffee is a South African DJ, record producer, and songwriter. He began his DJ career in 1994 while still in high school. In 2005, he founded Soulistic Music, under which he released his self-titled debut album, earning a South African Music Award (SAMA) for Best Urban Dance Album. Over the years, Black Coffee has amassed numerous accolades, including eight South African Music Awards, four DJ Awards, two Metro FM Awards, and a Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
