M.anifest is a renowned Ghanaian rapper, singer-songwriter, and record producer celebrated for his innovative fusion of musical genres and multilingual lyricism. Born into a family with a rich musical heritage, he is the grandson of the esteemed ethnomusicologist and composer J. H. Kwabena Nketia. In 2001, M.anifest moved to the United States to pursue higher education, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Macalester College in 2005.
