Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale has addressed rumors suggesting that Blakk Cedi, former manager of Stonebwoy, is now managing his career. These speculations emerged after Blakk Cedi played a significant role in Shatta Wale's performance at Vybz Kartel's 'Freedom Street Concert' in Jamaica. Upon his return to Ghana, Shatta Wale clarified that while he appreciates Blakk Cedi's support during the event, his current manager remains Sammy Flex. He emphasized that Blakk Cedi's involvement was a temporary collaboration for the concert and should not be misconstrued as a permanent managerial role. Blakk Cedi also expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work with Shatta Wale during the concert, stating, "It was an honor to stop in and contribute to your vision, and I do not take that privilege lightly." Shatta Wale's former manager, Bullgod, reacted to the collaboration between Shatta Wale and Blakk Cedi, describing it as a "huge stab in the back."
