Actor Kunle Afod Reflects On Friendship, Betrayal & Success

Kunle Afod, a seasoned actor and director with nearly four decades of experience in Nigeria’s entertainment industry, has revealed an essential life lesson learned during his career. In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos, he declared, “There is no friend or foe anywhere.” Afod recommended against labelling people as lifelong friends or adversaries, stating that relationships and situations might change abruptly. He said: “Someone believed as a friend can turn to be a traitor, and another fellow perceived as an enemy may become instrumental to one’s success.” Kunle Afod reflected on his career, which began in 1986, and gave insights into human nature and relationships.
