Herbert Mendo Ssegujja, born on September 27, 1983, is a Ugandan comedian and actor known as Teacher Mpamire. He is best known for mimicking Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. Ssegujja holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Makerere University and was sponsored by President Yoweri Museveni to study at the American Comedy Institute.
