Hazzan Kehinde Daniel

Kent Edunjobi, born Hazzan Kehinde Daniel, is a prominent Nigerian music composer recognized for his impactful contributions to movie soundtracks and gospel music. Growing up in a musical household in Lagos, he developed his passion for music while directing the Apex Choir of the Celestial Church of Christ. His work is notable for blending African folk elements, gospel influences, and a deep cultural essence, enhancing the narratives of the films he scores. Since 2016, Edunjobi has notably collaborated with Kunle Afolayan Productions. His 2023 soundtrack for the Netflix film Aníkúlápó and the gospel song "Ebenezeri" have garnered significant attention, with the latter surpassing 1 million views. His music, featured in films like Citation and King of Boys, is celebrated not just as background score but as an artistic statement.
