Godfrey Maledi

Godfrey Maledi, professionally known as Officixl Rsa, is a South African Amapiano DJ and record producer born on March 1, 2005. Raised in Kwamhlanga, he dropped out of Kwamhlanga High School at grade 11, stating a lack of interest in formal education. He began his DJ career at 15 and started producing at 16, initially experimenting with various music genres. His first notable release, "DRUMMONADES" in 2022, earned him early recognition, followed by the hit single "Yah Yah Yah" in January 2023, which peaked at #1 on the YouTube Top 10 Chart. He has collaborated with artists such as Benzoo, Mid9t, and Mr JazziQ. Officixl Rsa is known for his fearless and experimental approach to Amapiano music, quickly gaining popularity through local performances and viral tracks like "VRR." He represents a new wave of Amapiano artists who are redefining the genre with bold creativity.
