Gihan El Shamashergy

Gihan El Shamashergy is an Egyptian actress who entered the entertainment industry after building a background in jewelry design and contemporary dance. She studied English literature and later performed contemporary dance on the stage of the American University in Cairo. Before acting, she launched her own jewelry brand and organized jewelry-making workshops for women on Hessa Island in Aswan.

She made her acting breakthrough with the TV series Luebat Al-Nesyan (Forgetfulness Game) and has since appeared in numerous Egyptian television dramas and films. She is widely recognized for roles in productions such as Suits Bel Araby, The 45 Rules of Divorce, The Assassins (Al Hashashin), Gawdar, Flight 404, Sarab, and Ekhwaty
