Angolan singer Eva RapDiva made an “analysis” this Sunday, February 16, on the positive and negative impact of the ban on food imports on society, highlighting that it will be a boost for the national agricultural industry. Through a publication made on her X profile, the artist stressed that national promotion and production is undeniable, and highlighted that the objective is necessary and desirable, since, for a long time, Angola has depended heavily on imports to satisfy its food demand. “Regarding this measure, I would like to highlight two fundamental aspects: on the one hand, its potential to boost the national agricultural industry and reduce external dependence; on the other hand, the structural challenges that may compromise its effectiveness, with direct impacts on the consumer.
