Vestine, 22, and her fiancee from Burkina Faso made their civil wedding so private that attendees where strictly prohibited from taking photos and videos. Vestine is two years older that her sibling and music partner Dorcas Kamikazi. The duo started doing music in 2018 before being signed under MIE Empire, owned by local journalist Irene Murindahabi.
