Amid the turmoil, music emerged as a lifeline—an essential force that fuelled the liberation struggle. It was more than mere entertainment; it became a rallying cry for cultural identity and resistance against colonial oppression. Traditional songs and vibrant rhythms united Zimbabweans, instilling a profound sense of pride and purpose as they fought for their land and rights.
